Panorama Consulting began working with Innisfree Village in 2022, at a time when all development work was being done by me as Executive Director, and I knew that it was not getting the attention it needed.  Panorama conducted a thorough review of our development activities, donor history, and future needs and created a comprehensive development plan for us, including the hiring of a full-time development director.  Since that time, Panorama has continued to work with us in a consultative role through onboarding of our Director of Development, creation of a robust planned giving program, and the establishment of several new scholarship funds.  Our unrestricted annual giving has more than doubled over the past three years, our board engagement in development activities has increased, and we have a solid plan in place to move our development program forward.  Panorama was a thoughtful and collaborative partner for us, listening to our feedback and what worked within the culture of our organization and providing us tools to achieve our development goals.
